The Story
Ioana Good and Adrien Maines founded Find A Rainmaker after having spent years working both in-house and in consulting roles coaching people for media interviews and other business development efforts. Often, these people were not the right fit for the media or revenue generation roles they were asked to fill. They were frequently selected to help develop revenue because they were new employees, recently promoted, on a partnership track, or simply for political reasons. Ioana and Adrien sought a better way to make informed decisions about revenue growth and investment in the development of people. They teamed with behavioral analysts to study the behavioral traits of highly successful people across multiple industries, and this led to the development of the Find A Rainmaker platform. This data-driven behavioral survey tool quickly identifies the right people to put on the front lines to generate business while also aiding in informing appropriate coaching and training.
The Science Behind
Find A Rainmaker {FAR}FAR was created as an online tool backed by psychology and research that helps companies find those apt to be strong media spokespeople or BD professionals. Taking just minutes to complete, the platform zeroes in on strong rainmakers and teams who will take a company to the next level.
The Team

Ioana immigrated from communist Romania to the U.S., knowing only the English words please and thank you. Just a few years later, she graduated top of her class from Northeastern University, double majoring in Journalism and International Affairs. She later completed her master’s degree in Corporate Communication and Technology at Rollins College, where she also designed and taught the first new media course for several years. Ioana then spent two decades in positions centered around marketing, public relations, and business development at several companies in the legal and A/E/C industries.
Ioana co-founded Find A Rainmaker to help companies capture and identify the right people to grow revenue. She is also the founder of Promova, a full-service PR, content and branding agency that helps clients gain a competitive advantage.

A distinct combination, Adrien is analytically minded and highly creative, enjoying finding solutions to client and industry problems. She loves helping businesses develop dynamic brands that represent their vision, market offerings, and distinctions. Prior to founding Find A Rainmaker, she worked in-house and in consulting roles for over two decades, working with many different professional services brands, including legal, tech, AEC, and retail.
She co-founded Find A Rainmaker to help companies better understand the behavioral makeup of their people and fuel training and coaching to drive growth. She is also driven to continue developing the platform and expanding on information and data about what uniquely motivates employees to succeed.

Dr. Michael J. Hirsch specializes in data science and complex systems engineering design and implementation. He previously served as Senior Principal Scientist for Raytheon Technologies where he led small and large engineering teams. He is a serial entrepreneur.
In 2014, he founded ISEA TEK to develop technologies using mathematically rigorous techniques focused on optimization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for the Office of Naval Research, the Naval Air Systems Command, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. He also founded the software development company, TOXEUS Systems. This company develops cloud-based technologies to solve the world’s most challenging optimization problems.
Michael is driven by the challenge of linking behavioral data to real-world applications centered on solving organizational and scientific problems. He provides strategic oversight and management of the Find A Rainmaker platform and feature set.
